After brief reports of taxation work by responsible comrades of Bureau of State Taxation and Bureau of Local Taxation of Beijing, Xiao Jie and accompanying officials specially heard the reports of leaders from Xicheng District Bureau of State Taxation and Chaoyang District Bureau of Local Taxation concerning consolidated tax payment of larger enterprises and administration of tax collection of real property sector, and held relevant meetings and discussions with the participants.

Xiao Jie gave sufficient applause to the accomplishments achieved by Bureau of State Taxation and Bureau of Local Taxation of Beijing, especially to the positive explorations of consolidated tax payment of larger enterprises and administration of tax collection of real property sector in recent years. When talking about how to increase the levels concerning consolidated tax payment of larger enterprises and administration of tax collection of real property sector, he stressed that tax authorities should further promote information sharing and communication with relevant agencies, acquire as much third-party information from diversified channels as possible, and make strong efforts to solve information asymmetry in administration of tax collection. He encouraged the two bureaus to work ceaselessly and unremittingly in order to further explore effective measures and experiences about tax administration and supply references to carry out relevant practices to all other tax authorities in China.

Xiao Jie further pointed it out that: in recent years, China has seen a favorable economic performance. With further reform and opening up, China will attract the investments from more and more foreign enterprises including large-sized multi-national enterprises. At the same day, Xiao Jie and accompanying officials also visited Tax Service Halls of Xicheng District Bureau of State Taxation and Chaoyang District Bureau of Local Taxation and grass-roots tax offices, learning about tax declaration, invoice management, comprehensive services and so on and delivering compliments of the Holiday to the mass of tax cadres and staff members.
